Blue cheese, grape, walnut and chicory salad
Again, caught out by a sudden visit from friends, I opened our fridge and could only find the above ingredients so created this crisp, fresh and delicious salad. It can be made all year round as the ingredients remain in season thoughout the year. It looks as good as it tastes.
