Boned turkey leg, cubed and marinated in Tandoori mixture overnight, skewered (remember to soak your wooden skewers in hot water before using stops them burning) grilled for 20mins served on a bed of tumeric and golden sultana thai rice with onin slices dusted with cornflour and fried, side dish of tomato, cucumber and onion salad and raita sauce (mint jelly; lemon juice, clove of chopped garlic, greek yogurt)
