Ricotta raviolis with wild mushrooms and Parmesan  shavings

These days it is easy to find freshly made ravioli, there was a fabulous little italian deli both in Aigues Mortes and Toulouse where Ifound these little jewels. All that was left to do was buy some fresh wild mushrooms in the market, quickly fry them in some garlic butter, a hint of pesto and creme fresh added at the last minute. A final touch of fresh parmesan shavings, a finishing touch of a swirl of balsamic syrup........pasta heaven!
