This picture is not to demonstrate the effects of global warming, it's our Christmas Birthday Girl, Emily - OK, in warmer times - somewhere on the East Coast of England - was it three years ago?
Lucie and I wish both our families and friends a very merry Christmas from "Body and Soul" and hope that you will remain in contact with us in the coming year, either by finding us on the waterways of France, wherever we are, or at least, using the marvels of technology now available to us, in the form of email, "skype", "text" etc.
(We can "skype chat" but the GPRS signal in Briare cannot cope with "skype audio" at present)
Our "techno-skills" are rapidly improving and this blog site will, we hope, provide an ever more lively running commentary on our activities in retirement on Body and Soul for those, of course, who are in the least bit interested!
